# Where contacts and address data live

<Lead>
If you look for a contact list in the navigation, you will not find one, and that is intentional: the platform is not a CRM replacement. Your CRM remains the leading system for your contacts. This page shows where contact and address data actually appears in the platform.

## Why there is no central contacts area

The platform complements your CRM (for example onOffice), it does not replace it. A second, separately maintained contact database would only create duplicates and contradictions. That is why contact data lives in the platform exactly where a tool works with it, and nowhere else.

## Where contact data appears

<DefinitionList>
  <DefItem term="DB-Leads (AI acquisition)">
    The [DB-Leads](/tools/db-leads) tool imports your existing onOffice address base and searches it with AI for seller signals. Here you see addresses as leads with a list, a board and a detail view. DB-Leads is an add-on tool, available from the Standard plan. The same principle applies here: no CRM replacement, your onOffice inventory remains the source.
  </DefItem>
  <DefItem term="Appointment booking (guests)">
    The [appointment booking](/tools/booking) manages the data of external prospects who book an appointment via your booking page. These guests do not need an account; their details belong to the respective appointment, not to a general contact list.

  <DefItem term="Your CRM">
    Everything else (full contact maintenance, duplicate management, contact history) remains the job of your CRM. You connect onOffice centrally under **Settings > Integrations** (Einstellungen > Integrationen), see [onOffice integration](/help/integrations/onoffice).

## Frequently asked questions

  </FaqItem>
  <FaqItem q="Can I see booking guests collected anywhere?">
