# Cost and add-on

<Lead>
DB-Leads is a monthly add-on, not a tool that bills per run. The reason is in the work itself: a full scan sends a model across every single contact in your database. A price per run would be impossible for you to plan around.

## The monthly price: five sizes by database volume

**From 49 EUR per month**, on top of your plan. <PlanBadge plan="standard" /> Bookable from the Standard plan, on the tool entry in the marketplace. There is no setup fee.

The sizes differ in exactly one point: how many addresses AI qualification covers.

| Size | Addresses in AI qualification | Price per month |
|---|---|---|
| S | up to 2,000 | 49 EUR |
| M | up to 5,000 | 99 EUR |
| L | up to 10,000 | 199 EUR |
| XL | up to 15,000 | 299 EUR |
| XXL | up to 20,000 | 399 EUR |

Counted is your entire imported database, the same number the tool shows you. When you subscribe, the marketplace suggests the size that matches your database; the choice stays with you.

<Callout tone="note" title="Synchronisation is never limited">
The onOffice sync always imports your entire database, and every address stays visible in the tool, regardless of the size you booked. If your database exceeds the booked size, the AI qualifies the first addresses in import order (oldest first) until you switch sizes. The tool tells you beforehand: in the scan area, before a full scan starts and in the log of every run. Individual AI briefings triggered by hand always remain possible.
</Callout>

You can switch sizes at any time in both directions under **Settings > Billing** on the tool subscription. Upgrading bills the difference pro rata today; downgrading credits the remaining days on your next invoice.

Included in the monthly price of every size:

<DefinitionList>
  <DefItem term="Four full scans per month">A full scan re-analyses every address of your size inside the selected time window. Four of them are included per calendar month.</DefItem>
  <DefItem term="Incremental scans without a quota">A scan that only analyses new and changed contacts does not count against the quota and can run at any time. The automatic scan after an onOffice sync belongs in this group too.</DefItem>
  <DefItem term="The prefilter">Deciding which contacts go to analysis at all runs without AI and is always free.</DefItem>
  <DefItem term="Everything around the findings">Review list, score, evidence, pipeline, follow-up reminders and writing back to onOffice cost nothing extra.</DefItem>
</DefinitionList>

<Callout tone="note" title="The quota applies at the start, never mid-run">
Whether a full scan may start is checked once, when you click. A scan that has started always **runs to completion** and is never aborted somewhere in the middle of your database, neither for the quota nor for your balance. Once the quota is used up, the next full scan starts in the following month. Incremental scans are unaffected.
</Callout>

## What costs credits

A manually triggered **AI briefing** for a single lead is billed against your normal credit balance.

<CreditCost credits={2} refundable />

You click **Create AI briefing** and the charge happens in the background. If the run fails, nothing is charged.

Credit amounts below the small-amount threshold are hidden by default. They are still charged correctly, only the display is skipped. If you want to see the figures, turn on **Show small credit amounts** under **Account > Appearance**.

## Your own provider key instead of credits

<PlanBadge plan="max" /> From the Max plan you can store your own provider key. Briefings and scan analyses then run through your key and no credits are charged. Billing happens directly with your provider, the add-on is unaffected. You set this up under [Settings](/tools/db-leads/einstellungen).

## During the trial

DB-Leads can be used during the trial. Tool access there matches the Standard plan, so that you can judge the tool against your real database before you decide.

## What happens when you cancel

When the add-on ends, your findings, leads and scan history stay in the workspace. You simply cannot start new scans any more. Actually deleting the data is a separate, explicit step.
