# AI Home Staging

AI Home Staging turns a photo of an empty or dated room into a listing-ready visual.
Upload an image, choose the editing mode, room type and style, and receive a
photorealistic result within minutes that you can download and share with clients.

## The flow at a glance

1. **Upload an image.** Drag a photo (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB) onto the upload area or click to pick a file.
2. **Pick room and mode.** Decide how the AI should proceed (redecorate, furnish, edit or empty the room) and which room is shown.
3. **Choose a style.** From modern and scandinavian to art deco, optionally with a second style as accent and adjustable intensity.
4. **Fine-tune parameters.** Creativity level, elements to preserve, free-text special requests, model choice, time of day and weather.
5. **Generate.** The result appears as an interactive before/after compare. You can create several variants and pick the best.

## What makes it stand out

- **Linking to objects.** Optionally link an upload to an object (a property). The results then also appear on the property's page in the "Created content" section, together with the original and all variants.
- **Variants and model comparison.** Generate up to four variants at once, or run the three modes (Lite, Standard, Premium) side by side to compare.
- **Before/after compare.** A slider wipes between original and result, ideal for presentations.
- **Presets.** Save frequently used parameter sets and apply them to new listings with one click.
- **Sharing.** Share results with clients via a link, optionally with an expiry date.
- **Right inside the assistant.** The [platform assistant](/tools/agent/faehigkeiten) can generate homestaging images in the chat too: it asks for the parameters, costs match the tool, and the results land in your runs and the file storage as usual.
