## General

Default room type and default interior style that are preselected for every new generation.
Plus the retention period for generated images: older results are removed automatically after
the period ends and the storage they used becomes available again (0 = unlimited).

## Generation

Preset fine parameters: default creativity level, default style intensity, elements preserved
by default, and default time of day and weather. These values prefill the tool on each start
and can be overridden per generation.

## Model & billing

The default mode (Lite, Standard or Premium, like the assistant) and an explanation of billing.
Billing is usage-based per image: a cap is reserved up front, the actual credits are charged after
the run, and the rest is released immediately. No credits are charged on any technical failure. If
no image provider is configured, the tool produces a deterministic preview so the flow stays
testable at any time.

## Processing location

Where the AI computes. Only the workspace owner sees and can change this setting.

The background in two sentences: our AI provider currently offers the latest image generation
outside the EU only. Inside the EU an older generation is available. It works, but the results are
visibly weaker.

Three options:

| Setting | What happens |
|---|---|
| **Process in the EU only** | Default. All images are created in Europe, using the older model generation. |
| **Process worldwide** | The latest generation is used. Your photo and instruction text are processed outside the EU. |
| **Ask for every generation** | You decide per image. Useful when some properties should be handled differently from others. |

The latter two require explicit consent, which you give on the same page. It applies to the whole
workspace and can be withdrawn at any time. After a withdrawal, all tools compute in Europe again.

<Callout tone="warning" title="What to check first">
With worldwide processing, the uploaded photo and your instruction text are transmitted. Make sure
no people are identifiable in the photo (family pictures on the wall, name plates, licence plates
outside the window) and that the text contains no names or addresses.
</Callout>

**Storage does not change**: all results stay in Frankfurt. The processing location only affects
the compute during generation.

## Presets

Management of saved parameter sets. You create them in the tool via "Save as preset"; here you
can review and delete them.

## Sharing

A toggle for whether share links are allowed, plus the default expiry for new links. When
sharing is switched off, existing links immediately stop working as well. Below, the list of
active share links with a view counter (how often and when last opened), a password badge and
the option to revoke individual links.

When creating a link in the tool you choose the validity and can optionally set a password.
Recipients without the password only see a password prompt, never the image. The password is
never stored in plain text; share it separately from the link.

<Callout tone="note" title="Roles and permissions">
Generating, managing and sharing are governed by separate permissions. Read-only users see
objects and results but cannot create or change anything.
