# Troubleshooting

Most issues are solved by retrying or slightly adjusting the parameters. Here are the most
common cases.

## The generation failed

Sometimes the AI model returns no image, for example because the image or prompt was blocked.
The tool then shows an error message and a **Try again** button. Your credits are refunded
automatically on any technical failure. If a retry does not help, change the special requests
or lower the creativity level.

## Not enough credits

If the low-credit notice appears, nothing was charged. Top up under Settings · Credits and
start again.

## The upload is rejected

JPG, PNG and WEBP up to 10 MB are accepted. The file format is determined from the image
content, not the extension. Very small or unusually large images are rejected. If needed,
re-export the photo as JPG.

## The result is not right

- Set the elements to preserve deliberately (e.g. floor and windows) so the AI leaves them unchanged.
- Phrase special requests concretely and briefly.
- Try the Pro model for more fidelity.
- Generate several variants and pick the best.

## The share link does not work

Check whether sharing is allowed in settings and the link has not expired or been revoked. You
manage active links in the Sharing tab of the settings.
