Every workspace has a fixed amount of storage, determined by your plan. Everything tools generate or you upload (property photos, documents, generated results, files in the file storage) counts against this quota. Here you learn how much you get, where to see usage and what happens when storage is full.
How much storage does my plan include?
| Plan | Storage |
|---|---|
| Trial | 5 GB |
| Compact | 50 GB |
| Standard | 250 GB |
| Max | 1 TB |
| Max+ | 5 TB |
These are decimal gigabytes (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). Exactly the advertised number is enforced: there is no hidden difference between the sales page and the actual limit.
What counts against the quota?
Counts:
- Property photos and property documents (including the onOffice photo import)
- Tool results (for example homestaging images, generated PDFs)
- All files and folders in the central file storage
- The trash: deleted files keep occupying space until the trash is emptied or its contents expire automatically after 30 days
Does not count:
- Branding assets (workspace logo, favicon)
- Personal profile pictures of team members
- Automatically generated preview images (renditions)
Where do I see my usage?
Under Settings > File storage you find the storage view:
- A live bar shows how much of your plan's quota is used (for example "12.4 GB of 250 GB used").
- A list of the largest files helps with targeted cleanup.
- As storage fills up, the page points it out: first with a hint, and with a clear warning once the fill level becomes critical.
What happens when storage is full?
In detail:
- Manual uploads (for example in the file storage or for property photos) are rejected with a message that storage is full.
- Background imports such as the onOffice photo sync stop cleanly instead of blindly continuing, and notify the workspace owner.
- Tools that want to save results abort the affected step. Credits already charged for a failed run are refunded automatically.
Free up space
Find large files
Open Settings > File storage and look at the list of the largest files.
Delete what you no longer need
Delete files directly in the file storage. Deleted files go to the trash first.
Empty the trash
Space is only released once the trash is emptied. Without manual emptying, trash contents expire automatically after 30 days.
If needed: change your plan
If storage is permanently too small, switch to a larger plan under Settings > Billing. The new quota applies immediately.
