The mini assistant is the floating orb with the compass rose icon that accompanies you on every page of the platform. One click opens a chat panel right where you are working: the assistant knows the page, helps with matching quick actions, and fills form fields on request, never unasked.
The orb
The orb floats above every page and can be moved freely: drag it somewhere out of your way or dock it at the edge. A click opens the chat panel instead of navigating to a new page, so you stay exactly where you are.
The panel
Four buttons sit at the top of the panel: Neuer Chat (new chat), Im Vollbild öffnen (open full screen, moves the current chat to /agent), Minimieren (minimize), and Schließen (close).
On opening, the assistant greets you with Womit kann ich helfen? (how can I help?) and the hint Frag mich zu dieser Seite, deinen Objekten oder lass mich einen Text schreiben. (ask me about this page, your properties, or have me write some copy). Below that you find starter suggestions and, if available, the Letzten Chat fortsetzen (resume last chat) button. The composer waits for your input with Frag mich etwas … (ask me anything).
Page context
The mini assistant knows where you are: a badge in the header shows the title of the current page (or Kennt die Seite, auf der du bist, knows the page you are on). The most important information about the page automatically travels along with your question: which page it is, its title, the visible entries, fillable fields, and relevant images. So you do not need to explain the situation: "Summarize this" is enough on a property page.
Quick actions per page
Matching the page, the assistant suggests concrete actions. On a property page, for example, Exposé für dieses Objekt schreiben (write a listing for this property) or Objekt in drei Sätzen zusammenfassen (summarize this property in three sentences). One click starts the task immediately, with the page context on board.

Ask about this
When you select text anywhere on a page, the Dazu fragen (ask about this) chip appears. One click takes the quote into the chat, and you ask your question directly about the selected content, for example an activity note or a listing paragraph. If the chip bothers you, turn it off just for yourself under Account > Assistant in the Verhalten (behavior) section.
Having fields filled in
On pages with form fields the assistant can suggest values, for example a property description or master data from an attached document. The suggestions first land in a bar above the composer: Feld ausfüllen? (fill this field?) for one field, N Felder ausfüllen? (fill N fields?) for several.
