The tool's workspace settings live under Settings > Tools > Appointment Booking, in four subpages. This page is the reference with all defaults, and it shows you which settings deliberately live elsewhere.
Changing settings requires the configure permission for the tool.
Booking page
Shapes the first impression of your public pages:
Notifications
In the platform you are always notified. Every email around an appointment is a workflow inside the tool, including the ones to you and your team.
Every workspace receives the five standard workflows when the tool is installed: booking confirmation, cancellation info to the guest, reminder 24 hours before, host notification on booking and host info on cancellation.
Contacts
Details on the contacts area itself: Contacts.
Calendar
This subpage is just a signpost: connecting external calendars, blocking busy times and subscribing to your bookings in your own calendar are managed directly in the tool, in the Availability area under the Kalender tab. Guide: Availability and calendars.
What deliberately lives inside the tool
Not everything configurable sits under settings. You maintain these directly in the tool, where you need them:
- Event type options (duration, buffers, form, visibility, language, redirect and more): in the editor of the respective event type.
- Schedules, date overrides, meeting limits and holidays: in the Availability area.
- Workflows (reminders, follow-ups, WhatsApp): in the Workflows area.
- Routing forms: in the Routing area.
- Integrations (calendar, website, WhatsApp bot, onOffice, webhooks, ICS export): in the tool's Integrations area.
