The WhatsApp bot is a monthly add-on. The monthly price carries the running operation of your number, and in the current version nothing is charged for the messages themselves.
The two packages
Compact Bookable from the Compact plan, on the tool entry in the marketplace.
No credits per message
In the current version the core of the bot is rule-based: it guides through menus, buttons and the answers you stored, and it never phrases anything freely. Nothing is charged for that, no matter how many conversations are running. The add-on price covers the operation.
When the AI assistant arrives, the fair-use limits of that package apply instead of a charge per reply.
What other tools can add
If a workflow of the appointment booking tool sends a WhatsApp message through your connected number, every successfully delivered message costs a few credits. That is billed by the booking tool, not by the bot. Details there: Cost and availability.
Credit amounts below the small-amount threshold are hidden by default. They are still charged correctly, only the display is skipped. You can reveal them under Account > Appearance with the option Show small credit amounts.
Not bookable during the trial
The add-on cannot be installed during the trial period. A connected WhatsApp number should not be switched off when the trial ends, because your clients keep writing to it. On a paid plan the tool is available immediately.
What happens when you cancel
The number is deregistered and the bot stops replying. Conversations that already happened remain readable in the workspace until your configured deletion period expires. The number itself remains yours.
