Website: Troubleshooting

The first-publish gate: the very first publish requires office/company, street, postal code, city, email and the licensing authority under section 34c GewO. The message lists the missing fields. Solution: complete them in the Legal area, save, publish again.

A block is missing a required field (e.g. a headline) or a value is too long. The editor marks the affected section. Solution: fill or shorten the field; saving continues automatically afterwards.

Editing and publishing are separate rights; owners and admins publish by default. Solution: have an authorized person publish, or get the permission assigned to you.

"Jemand hat diese Seite inzwischen ebenfalls gespeichert. Neu laden verwirft deine Änderungen; Überschreiben ersetzt den anderen Stand." Two people edited the same page at the same time. Solution: coordinate briefly, then deliberately choose Neu laden (reload, take the other state) or Überschreiben (overwrite, push your state through). Nothing is ever lost silently.

The image upload exceeds your plan's storage quota. Solution: delete files you no longer need in the workspace file storage, or upgrade the plan. Details: Add-on and billing.

The AI action Texte generieren (generate copy) costs 2 credits and your balance is exhausted. Solution: top up credits in the workspace settings under billing. Or simply write the copy yourself; everything else in the tool works without credits.

Two possible causes: (1) an open payment from day 14 onwards ("Wegen der offenen Zahlung ist der Editor gerade schreibgeschützt.", due to the open payment the editor is currently read-only). Solution: settle the payment in billing, the write protection lifts automatically. (2) You lack write permission for website content ("Dir fehlt die Berechtigung dafür."). Solution: ask an owner or admin for the permission.

Reserved paths (/immobilien, /draft, /api, /assets, /internal, /book, /buchen, /immobilienmakler-...) are blocked, and every path may only exist once. Solution: pick a different path. The full list lives under Managing pages.

Umlauts, spaces or capital letters in the path. Solution: e.g. /ueber-uns instead of /Über uns.

Home, contact, imprint and privacy are system pages; they cannot be deleted, and the paths of home, imprint and privacy are fixed. This is deliberate (legal safety). You can of course still edit the pages' content.

Check three things: (1) Payment stage: from day 28 of an open payment the website is temporarily offline and visitors see a neutral notice page; it returns automatically once settled (Add-on and billing). (2) Domain: are the DNS records still correct? Checks and typical mistakes under Connecting your domain. (3) Status: has anything been published at all? The status in the overview ("Nicht veröffentlicht", "Pausiert") answers that.

The most likely reason: the listing status. Only actively marketed listings appear publicly; sold ones only if the Verkaufte als Referenz zeigen (show sold as references) switch is enabled in the property block. Also check the block's filters (property type, marketing type) and the count (3 to 12). Details: Listings and exposés.

First check the inbox under Anfragen, including the Spam status. The spam protection also discards: forms with the invisible field filled in (bots), forms submitted inhumanly fast, and more than 5 enquiries per hour from the same sender. A real prospect testing very quickly can trip over this; normal form filling never does. Check email notifications: they go to the office address, preferably via your own mail server under Settings > Integrations > Email delivery; during floods only one summary email per hour is sent. Page content only appears after publishing (the "Geändert" status chip means the draft is newer than live). Listing data on the other hand flows live, without any publish. If you just rolled back: the rollback changes the live version immediately while your draft stays unchanged.
