The Seiten (pages) area is your website's page tree: it shows each page's status, lets you create new pages from templates, controls the navigation and opens the editor. The order in the list is also the order in your website's menu.
The page has never been published. Visitors cannot see it.
Geändert (changed)
The page is live, but the draft contains changes that have not been published yet. Visitors keep seeing the last published state.
Live
The page is published and the draft matches the live state.
Each row offers actions: move up / move down (order), the gear icon for the page settings, a navigation switch, and delete (with a confirmation dialog; success reads "Seite gelöscht.", page deleted).
The list explains it directly: "Die Reihenfolge hier ist die Reihenfolge in der Navigation Ihrer Website. Impressum und Datenschutz hängen immer im Footer." (the order here is the order in your website's navigation; imprint and privacy always sit in the footer). In practice:
The list order determines the menu order in your website's header.
The navigation switch per page shows or hides the page in the menu without taking it offline. A hidden page stays reachable via its path.
Imprint and privacy never appear in the main menu; they are anchored as legal links in the footer (see Legal).
Page kinds include home, listings, contact, about, imprint, privacy and standard pages. The important distinction: system pages (home, contact, imprint, privacy) cannot be deleted, and the paths of home, imprint and privacy are fixed. Trying anyway returns: "Diese Seite lässt sich nicht ändern oder löschen." (this page cannot be changed or deleted).
The Neue Seite (new page) dialog ("Aus einer Vorlage starten. Alles bleibt danach frei anpassbar.", start from a template, everything stays freely editable) offers five templates:
Leistungsseite (service page)
"Hero, Text mit Bild, Ablauf in Schritten, FAQ und Abschluss-Banner." (hero, text with image, step-by-step process, FAQ and closing banner). The classic offer page, e.g. for selling or valuation.
Über uns (about us)
Introduction, team from the website's team area and service area.
Immobilien-Liste (listings)
Your offers live from the property inventory, with filters. See Listings and exposés.
Kontaktseite (contact page)
Contact form with your contact details and opening hours.
Leere Seite (blank page)
Start without a template and combine blocks freely.
After Seite anlegen (create page) the tool confirms with "Seite angelegt." and the new page starts as a draft with sample content.
The gear icon on each page opens the Seiten-Einstellungen (page settings):
Titel (title)
The page's name, visible in the menu and used as the base for the automatic Google page title.
Pfad (path)
The page's address (e.g. /verkaufen). For published pages: "Bei einer Pfad-Änderung leitet der alte Pfad automatisch dauerhaft weiter." (when the path changes, the old path automatically redirects permanently). Visitors and Google never lose the trail.
Meta-Titel (meta title)
Overrides the automatic page title in the Google result. Counter up to 60 characters; placeholder: "Leer lassen für den automatischen Titel" (leave empty for the automatic title).
Meta-Beschreibung (meta description)
"Kurzer Text für das Google-Suchergebnis" (short text for the Google result), counter up to 155 characters.
Seite von Suchmaschinen ausschließen (noindex)
This switch removes the single page from the Google index without taking it offline. Useful for thank-you pages or internal content.
Saving confirms with "Einstellungen gespeichert." (settings saved). More on titles and descriptions under SEO basics.
Some paths belong to the system and are blocked for your own pages: /immobilien, /draft, /api, /assets, /internal, /book, /buchen, plus every path starting with /immobilienmakler-. Trying to use one ends with "Dieser Pfad ist für System-Seiten reserviert." (this path is reserved for system pages).
