DB-Leads offers four views onto the same data. Which one you need depends on what you are doing: reviewing, surveying, searching, or following up.
The four views
The view is part of the URL, so a link to a specific view works, including when shared.
The board
Every column is a phase you name yourself. On install a sensible default pipeline is created, which you then adapt to your office.
Move
Grab a card and drag it into another column. Drag it towards the left or right edge and the board scrolls along, so you never have to let go to reach a phase that is currently off screen. The same applies vertically inside a long column.
You can also move without dragging: use the card menu (right click, context menu key, or the three-dot button on the card) and pick In Phase verschieben. On a phone that is the way, because browsers there do not support dragging by touch.
Made a mistake? The confirmation after a move carries an undo.
Several at once
Ctrl-click or Cmd-click marks a card, Shift-click marks a range within the same column. Dragging a marked card takes every marked card with it. Dragging an unmarked one moves only that card.
Collapse columns
Clicking the dot or the name in a column header collapses it. Useful when you work with three out of eight phases. A collapsed column still accepts cards, and the board remembers the state on this device.
Open
Clicking a card opens the panel with briefing, ownership, note and history.
Work through
The Run-through button takes the visible contacts as a stack. See Durcharbeiten.
Phases and their status
A phase is more than a label. It carries a status, and reporting and automation follow from it:

When two people work at once
If you move a card while somebody else has just dragged the same contact into a different phase, you no longer overwrite their move in silence. The tool asks: it names the phase that applies now and who set it. You can still apply your change, or keep the other state.
The same goes for the assignee in the drawer and in the full customer view.
Dragging a card into the column it already sits in does nothing. No phase change shows up in the contact history either.
Very large columns
In a grown book a single column can hold several thousand cards. The board loads them while you scroll instead of all at once. If you are looking for something specific in such a column, the list is faster: it searches the whole book, not only what is currently loaded.
