When several people need to find one shared appointment, a single booking link does not help: a meeting poll suggests several times, everyone votes, and you finalize the best slot at the end. Ideal for owner families, communities of heirs or appointments with several decision-makers.
You find meeting polls in the Event types area under the Terminumfragen tab. Each host manages their own polls; whoever may configure the tool sees all of them. The empty state asks, fittingly, when it works for everyone.
Creating a poll
Fill in the dialog
Title, duration (15 to 120 minutes), location (on site, phone or video call) and an optional description.
Pick suggested times
2 to 10 suggested times. Slots come from your schedule's free times; on top you can add any time via Eigene Zeit (custom time).
Share the link
After creating, the tool shows the poll link and asks you to share it with everyone who should vote. You can always find the link again via the poll's context menu. Send it by email or messenger to all participants.
Voting from the guest's point of view
Participants open the link and vote without a login. Each suggested time has two levels: "Passt" (works) and "Wenn nötig" (if needed). Each person enters their name and marks for every time whether they can make it.
Results and finalizing
The poll's results area shows the votes per slot and highlights the best slot. From there you finalize:
- Finalizing creates an appointment on the chosen slot for every person with a "works" vote. Everyone receives a confirmation with a calendar invite.
- The resulting appointments carry the source Terminumfrage (meeting poll) in the meetings area.
Cancelling and deleting
Two separate actions in the poll's context menu:
