People buy from people, especially in real estate. In the Team area you maintain the public profiles that the team block shows on your website: with photo, role and contact details. Anyone who is already a member of your workspace can be imported with one click.
Profile fields
The Team-Profil anlegen (create team profile) or Team-Profil bearbeiten (edit team profile) dialog ("Diese Angaben erscheinen öffentlich im Team-Block Ihrer Website.", these details appear publicly in your website's team block) contains:
Saving confirms with "Team-Profil gespeichert." (team profile saved); invalid input prompts "Bitte die Felder prüfen (E-Mail-Format?)." (please check the fields, email format?).
Ordering
The Nach oben / Nach unten arrows order the profiles; the order here is the order in the team block on the website. Common practice: management first, then the team.
One-click import from member management
Below the profile list the tool shows every workspace member without a team profile yet: "Ein Klick übernimmt Name, Funktion, Telefon, E-Mail und Profilbild aus der Mitglieder-Verwaltung." (one click takes over name, role, phone, email and profile picture from the member management). Afterwards the profile is freely editable in the Team area; the confirmation reads "Profil übernommen, inklusive Foto und Kontaktdaten." (profile imported, including photo and contact details).
Alle N übernehmen (import all N) imports all remaining members at once.
Removing a profile
Entfernen (remove) deletes a team profile after confirmation ("Team-Profil entfernen"); the success message reads "Profil entfernt." The workspace member itself is unaffected.
