Appointment booking is not an add-on and has no monthly price of its own. It is included in your plan, and a booking costs you nothing.
Included from the Compact plan
Compact The tool is available from this plan upwards, and on every higher plan as well. There is nothing to book on top and no setup fee. You install it once in the marketplace, after that it lives under Tools.
What runs without any billing: event types and templates, schedules with exceptions and public holidays, calendar connections, the booking page and its embeds, single-use links, meeting polls, routing forms, the contacts view, the CSV export and the analytics section. The number of bookings is not capped and is not metered either.
Confirmation, cancellation and reminder emails to your guests are included too. Email workflows cost nothing, no matter how many runs they produce.
The one action that is billed
Instead of an email, a workflow can send a WhatsApp message to the guest once your WhatsApp bot is connected. Every successfully delivered message costs Credits from your workspace credit balance.
Only what actually arrives is billed:
Which runs are skipped and when is explained under Workflows.
Why you rarely see that amount
Credit amounts below the small-amount threshold are hidden by default. They are still charged correctly, only the display is skipped. If you want to see the figures, turn on Show small credit amounts under Account > Appearance. Your balance and your consumption are always fully visible in the workspace settings under billing.
Not available during the trial
What happens when you uninstall
Your event types, schedules, appointments and contacts are kept. Your public booking pages, however, stop working, so it pays to check which links are still in circulation first. Deleting the data is a separate, explicit step.
